China's industrial sector has made great progress after years of development, and the field of science and technology has promoted the rapid growth of the industrial economy through technological upgrading. In the face of the new situation of social development, the previous manual mode of operation can no longer meet the development of the times, so it is necessary to make innovations in machinery manufacturing. Taking industrial production as an example, PLC technology is a new type of technology that can greatly improve the efficiency of industrial production and enhance the productivity of enterprises, thus solving the problems of production relations and productivity. It can be seen that in the future development stage PLC technology can get better development, especially in the field of electrical control using PLC technology, can improve the safety of electrical control devices, but also in the automation level, the level of efficiency has a good role in promoting. This article will focus on the application status of PLC technology, and a detailed description of mechanical electrical control. The impact of this technology on mechanical electrical control will be analyzed, focusing on existing control systems, such as FCS systems and DCS systems, which are the more common types of control systems today. Finally, the specific application areas of the technology in the mechanical electrical control system are analyzed, such as the basic control system of the DCS system and the integrated control system. During the application of the above content will be affected by a variety of variable factors, around which the analysis can be carried out to improve the automation level of mechanical electrical control devices.

An intelligent manufacturing system is mainly used in experimental teaching. In order to solve the problem that the upper computer software of the system cannot intuitively display the status of field equipment and the data returned, a set of upper computer software of intelligent manufacturing system based on OPC UA technology is developed through Qt design. The software realizes OPC UA client function, and takes KEPServerEX as OPC UA server to control the intelligent manufacturing system. At the same time, the software can collect the status data of field devices and display them on the interface intuitively.

Generally, traffic light systems are regarded as open loop control systems, that is, they are in continuous operation without any form of feedback that can help the system take a decision based on certain conditions. And so, this is specifically part of the reason why there exist high vehicular densities at roundabouts. Having considered in providing a solution to this problem, this project integrated a 4I/O Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) into the traffic light system circuitry which provided feedback based on signals received from the input sensors connected to the PLC. When these sensors get energized due to the presence of a vehicle, it sends an ON-bit signal to the PLC through the input port terminating the sensor and the PLC. This signal in turn triggers the output port mapped in the microprocessor so that it energizes the Light Emitting Diodes (LEDs). During simulation, two forms of control were used: Primary (default) and Secondary control systems. On the secondary control, the PLC receives signal from the ultrasonic sensor on road tracks A and B then allows long queued vehicles to pass while it stops vehicular movement on road track C and D and vice versa. It is identified that this method of traffic light control has helped to ensure orderliness and evenly distributed vehicular flow at case study roundabout.

This paper provides a detailed introduction to the structures and practice of ideological and political education in Chinese universities. It draws on a thematic analysis of documents from the Chinese Communist Party and State sources, and data from 24 in-depth interviews with managers of ideological and political education, teaching staff, student counsellors and students from three universities. This paper shows how ideological and political education in Chinese universities has developed into an institutionalized system. It reveals how the practices of ideological and political education institutionalize patriotism as appropriate ideological perspectives for students. It offers empirical evidence of the party-led structures, formal teaching and varied activities that together make up ideological and political education in Chinese universities.

Curriculum ideological and political education is the innovation and sublimation of contemporary educational curriculum concepts starting from the essential requirements of “education”. Curriculum ideological and political education is not a specific course. It integrates the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities into all curriculum teaching activities, and realizes the integration of knowledge education and ideological and political education in specialized courses, as well as the education of students’ outlook on life and values in daily teaching. As a new direction of teaching reform in higher education, curriculum ideological and political education is the concentrated embodiment of the educational concept with Chinese characteristics in the new era. After clarifying the connotation of curriculum ideological and political education, this paper discusses the main problems existing in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in specialized courses of English school and the deep-seated reasons behind the problems, and finally puts forward the realization paths of curriculum ideological and political education for specialized courses from the perspective of optimization theory.

Siemens PLC provides a variety of control networks to meet the communication and control tasks of different automation systems.Through the analysis of Siemens industrial control network products, this paper puts forward some configuration methods of Siemens PLC control network.This paper expounds how to choose the control network scheme according to the specific situation of the control system in engineering practice.In this paper, the topology diagram of the control network is given, and the characteristics of the system configuration are summarized.It can provide reference for the design of similar monitoring system.

Programmable logic controllers (PLCs), i.e., the core of control systems, are well-known to be vulnerable to a variety of cyber attacks. To mitigate this issue, we design PLC-Sleuth , a novel noninvasive intrusion detection/localization system for PLCs, which is built on a set of control invariants—i.e., the correlations between sensor readings and the concomitantly triggered PLC commands—that exist pervasively in all control systems. Specifically, taking the system’s supervisory control and data acquisition log as input, PLC-Sleuth abstracts/identifies the system’s control invariants as a control graph using data-driven structure learning, and then monitors the weights of graph edges to detect anomalies thereof, which is in turn, a sign of intrusion. We have implemented and evaluated PLC-Sleuth using both a platform of ethanol distillation system (EDS) and a realistically simulated Tennessee Eastman (TE) process. The results show that PLC-Sleuth can: 1) identify control invariants with 100%/98.11% accuracy for EDS/TE; 2) detect PLC intrusions with 98.33%/0.85 ‰ true/false positives (TPs/FPs) for EDS and 100%/0% TP/FP for TE; and 3) localize intrusions with 93.22%/96.76% accuracy for EDS/TE.

College students’ creative ideological and political curriculum should combine current development in education, adhere to associated norms and rules, and adapt educational principles and procedures to ensure balanced success. IPE can produce significant results when using several methods to make ideological and political education material. Effective education must be evaluated with the most efficient and emerging technology. Therefore, this paper presents a deep learning model for teaching quality analysis (DLM-TQA). The proposed model implements a teaching error feedback mechanism associated with knowledge sources and audio and video source data from the classroom produced in the teaching process. The model produces reports of teaching irregularities by correlating subjective data with empirical data. The research leads to strengthening teacher instructional methods, learning approaches, and teacher management modes. It has valuable references for developing teacher education frameworks, creative teacher preparation models, and excellent teachers’ training plans. The experimental results based on student evaluation in political education are Students Political Evaluation Ratio is 87.66%, Students Virtual Learning Performance ratio is 88.77%, Innovative Thinking Percentage ratio is 84.5%, Reducing risk in political teaching Ratio is 82.26%, and Students efficiency ratio is 93.80%.
