The Turkic States are widely represented in numerous global and regional organizations, including the United Nations (UN), which has six Turkic States as members. The UN is the largest global organization dedicated to upholding international peace and security. Currently, five Turkic States have united within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States. All six Turkic States actively participate as members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

[Show full abstract] satisfy a portion of its domestic consumption and also cater to the European market. As part of this colossal project, Azerbaijan anticipates collaborating with international partners to install a 4-gigawatt (GW) power cable traversing the seabed of the Black Sea. The successful realization of these ambitious projects would bolster Azerbaijan's economic sustainability during its post-petroleum phase, while simultaneously enabling a reduction in carbon emissions, offering regional and global benefits. This manuscript seeks to probe the multidimensional implications—political, economic, sociocultural and environmental—of this shift towards wind-derived green energy for Azerbaijan and other nations in the region.

It is widely known that the level of Azerbaijan's non-oil export is significantly less than its existing potential. Accordingly, the government of Azerbaijan plans to increase its non-oil export to achieve export-led economic development. Agriculture plays an important role in economy of Azerbaijan in terms of ensuring food security, nonoil export, and non-oil GDP formation. Azexport.az portal and related e-trade infrastructure have been developed in order to contribute to this goal. Azexport.az helps for transition of the export opportunities of Azerbaijani companies, especially agricultural firms into real sales, thereby contributing to the creation of new jobs in the country, the strengthening of existing jobs and sustainable development. In this paper, we will provide information on opportunities how to use new innovative and alternative tools to join the global value chain, activities in this direction, measures taken to diversify exports across the non-oil sector, and boost export potential of agricultural products in Azerbaijan.

As a result of the conducted strategic development programs, the share of general credit and deposit ecosystem in the banking sector have been positively developed. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the risks in terms of the general deposit and credit ecosystem faced by the banking sector, along with development trends, and to study potential development opportunities. Meanwhile, this article is administrated during the period of January 2019 and June 2021, analyzes the current situation in the banking sector of Azerbaijan in regards with the deposit and credit ecosystem, examines the prospects for future development and makes relevant proposals to strengthen stability in the banking sector.

Monetary Conditions Index as an Explanatory of Monetary Policy. Case for Georgia

The main focus of this article is to examine the effectiveness of monetary policy in Georgia through the use of the Monetary Conditions Index (MCI). This index combines interest rates and exchange rates into a single metric and can be used to evaluate the impact of monetary policy on the real sector. In order to determine the relative importance of interest rates and exchange rates, the authors used the ADF test to test the stationarity of model estimates and applied Johansen's co-integration technique to establish the relationships among these parameters. The results of using the Monetary Conditions Index as an indicator indicate that it accurately reflects movements in interest rates and closely monitors changes in exchange rates. In this study, the calculation of the MCI for Georgia is carried out taking into account the years 2011-2021 on a quarterly basis. When calculating the MCI, almost all studies were carried out using constant weights for the interest rate and exchange rate variables, as is customary in the literature.
