Abstract

The skill of self-awareness plays a major role in self-development and effectively elevating it towards areas of success and excellence in all areas of life. The aim of the research is to identify the level of self-engineering among university students and the statistically significant differences according to the two variables (gender, specialization). The researchers adopted the self-engineering scale from Muhammad’s study (2020), and the psychometric properties of the scale were verified, as the apparent validity and construction validity of the scale were found, and the scale’s stability was verified using the test-retest method and the Alpha Cronbach coefficient for internal consistency. Two-sample t-shirts and two-way analysis of variance, and the study showed that university students enjoy self-engineering and that there are no statistically significant differences in self-engineering According to my variables (gender, specialization).
