I. INTRODUCTION
Advance Institute Management System. In this
system exams will take and check online and
system will calculate the GPA automatically. Also
attendance will take through biometric system.
Teachers will communicate with students through
system private network. Also management can
control their office appliances through their mobile
devices.
II. ABSTRACT
An Abstract of Advance Institute Management
System. For IEEE Research paper Competition
2016.
The objective of this work is to design and
implement a system / web based application to take
exam on line and this application will support on
Desktops as well as mobile devices like android,
windows and IOS also this application will enable
the management to control their office appliances
via mobile device using internet connection. I will
develop my system using My SQL for database, for
Web Based Application design I will use HTML
CSS and PHP for mobile application I will use Java.
III. MAIN SCRIPT
a. Attendance System:
Attendance system will based on biometric 2 step
verification. Students have to verify their ID twice
1st when class will start 2nd when class will end. 2
step verification is due make sure that student will
not mark fake attendance and Sensor 1st which is IN
Sensor placed outside the class room and 2nd Sensor
OUT Sensor is inside the Class room and 1st Sensor
which is IN Sensor is activate for 10 minutes after
the starting time of class and 2nd Sensor OUT
Sensor is Activate Before the 10 minutes of time
when class will end. Also due to Security Reasons
this same Sensors with Same IN/OUT method is
placed on the main gate of Institute to Record the
appearance of student in Institute and save the
Information with proper name of student and time
in database.
b. Examination System:
In this system Final Exam will be take online on
Institute’s computer system and system will make
enable to check theory question and reward the
marks according to writing and this is done when in
the database the answers are already stored and
system will compare both answer of student and
answers in database and reward make according to
student writing. Also system will make the copy of
answers which was given by students in order to
show when student claim about results. Also the
smaller version of this system will based on Mobile
devices like android, Windows and IOS but students
are allowed to take small test/quizzes on mobile
devices not final exams. When students are taking
quiz on mobile application the other browsing is
blocked and when student minimize application to
search online for answers the application will
automatically terminate his/her quiz. And this
online application quiz is works when the student is
connected with institute wireless network.
Otherwise app will network due to IP restrictions.
Also student are allowed to take quiz when they are
in class room because they can see the answers
from text books when they are in institute but not in
class. To get the solution of this problem if student
attempt its quiz but not present in the record of
biometric database his/her quiz will automatically
cancel.
c. Mobile Application:
Mobile application is able to do following things.
1. Communication between teachers and
students.

2. Management is able to control their office
appliances using network based switches.
3. Teachers are able to share their notes. With
students which can automatically sent to
concern students email ID’s
4. Quiz will take on mobile application.
5. Other Features.
Communication Between Teachers and
Students:
In this system when teacher is free he/she can
update his/her status on application for
Example: I am in my office for consulate of the
student of xyz subjects. This application will
provide the option in which teacher can select
that which students he/she will consulate. And
then application will automatically notify the
students on their phones via application
notification as well as SMS.
Control of Office Appliances via Network
Based Switches:
With this application management can control their
office appliances any time anywhere and this
feature of application is free from IP restriction
method. This feature is enable to management
person to on/off his/her computer office light and
Air Conditioner.
Sharing of Resources:
This feature of this application is enable teachers to
share their notes with students and when teachers
share his/her notes this will automatically sent to
concern students of subjects. This application also
provide an option to select from which students
teacher want to share his/her notes.
Mobile Application Quiz System:
This feature is already defined in III. Main script b.
Examination System.
Other Features:
Also this Application is Divide in two Controlling
Units
1. Login as Management Member
2. Login as Student
Login as Management Member:
In this mode teachers and management can login
and also control their office appliances.
Login as Student:
In this mode student can login and able to take
quizzes check their attendance status and other
notification from institute at application.
IV. CONCLUSION
By using this Advance Institute Management
System. Teachers are free from checking many
exam answer scripts also this system improve the
accuracy of results and also save time which is
going to be waste in scripts checking. When this
system will install at any institute the result will
declared quickly also this system is enable the
institution to save money which will spend on
papers and other materials.

Online Quiz System of Usman Institute of

system that’s why I draft this research paper for the
advancement of this system and make some
changes in it also add some new features in it.
