Discomycetes biodiversity of the litter in conifer-deciduous forests from the Russian Far East

Abstract

Discomycetes biodiversity of the litter in conifer-deciduous forests from the Russian Far East were studied by the author since 1989. The ecological groups of fungi of the litter were examined. The discomycetous biota of last years deciduous foliage is dominated by the following families: Hyaloscyphaceae (8 species), Helotiaceae (5), Dermateaceae (4), Sclerotiniaceae (4), Geoglossaceae (1) and Rutstroemiaceae (1) as it turned out. The species of deciduous plant call forth the substratum choice. The discomycetous biota of 2-3 years ago deciduous foliage is dominated by the following families: Pyronemataceae (8), Helvellaceae (6), Morchellaceae (3), Ascobolaceae (1), Pezizaceae (1) and Sarcoscyphaceae (1).

Ïðîâîäèìûå íàìè ñ 1989 ã. èññëåäîâàíèÿ äèñêîìèöåòîâ â äàëüíåâîñòî÷íûõ õâîé-
íî-øèðîêîëèñòâåííûõ ëåñàõ ïîêàçàëè, ÷òî ýòè ãðèáû àêòèâíûå ó÷àñòíèêè óòèëè-
çàöèè ðàñòèòåëüíîãî îïàäà. Åæåãîäíîå íàêîïëåíèå ïîäñòèëêè â ëåñàõ ðåãèîíà âåñüìà
çíà÷èòåëüíî (Ãðîìûêî, Ãðîìûêî, 2005a). Ïîäñòèëêà ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé ìíîãîêîìïî-
íåíòíóþ ñèñòåìó, ñîñòîÿùóþ èç ïåðåçèìîâàâøåãî îïàäà (ëèñòîâîãî è âåòî÷íîãî) è
íèæíåãî ñëîÿ ðàñòèòåëüíûõ îñòàòêîâ, ñîõðàíèâøèõ â íåêîòîðîé ñòåïåíè ñâîþ
ñòðóêòóðó. Äèñêîìèöåòû, àññîöèèðîâàííûå ñ âåòî÷íûì îïàäîì è äðåâåñíûìè îñòàò-
êàìè, áûëè ðàññìîòðåíû íàìè â ïðåäûäóùèõ ðàáîòàõ (Áîãà÷åâà, 2005à, 2005á, 2005â).
Âåðõíèé ñëîé ïîäñòèëêè ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé ñìåñü ëèñòîâîãî îïàäà äðåâåñíûõ, êóñ-
òàðíèêîâûõ è òðàâÿíèñòûõ ðàñòåíèé. Òàêîå äåëåíèå îñíîâàíî íà ðàñïðåäåëåíèè âè-
äîâ ãðèáîâ, â ÷àñòíîñòè, äèñêîìèöåòîâ íà êàæäîì èç ýòèõ ýëåìåíòîâ. Ìû ðàññìîòðèì
ýòè àññîöèàöèè.
Õèìè÷åñêèé ñîñòàâ ðàñòèòåëüíûõ îñòàòêîâ â ðàçëè÷íûõ òèïàõ ëåñà öåíòðàëüíîé
÷àñòè è ñðåäíåé ïîëîñû Ðîññèè äîâîëüíî èçó÷åí õîðîøî. Êîëè÷åñòâî àçîòèñòûõ ñîå-
äèíåíèé è ìèíåðàëüíûõ ñîñòàâíûõ ÷àñòåé â ëèñòîâîì îïàäå ñîäåðæèòñÿ áîëüøå, íå-
æåëè â äðåâåñèíå (×àñòóõèí, Íèêîëàåâñêàÿ, 1969). Íà ýòîì ñóáñòðàòå ðàçâèâàåòñÿ
êîìïëåêñ ôèëëîôèëüíûõ äèñêîìèöåòîâ. Ïîêàçàòåëü óðîâíÿ çîëüíîñòè âûøå ó ëèñò-
âåííîãî îïàäà øèðîêîëèñòâåííûõ ïîðîä, îñîáåííî ó ÿñåíÿ, ÷åì ó õâîè (Áîðèñîâà,
1984). Ýòî îòðàæàåòñÿ â ðàñïðåäåëåíèè äèñêîìèöåòîâ: áîëüøèíñòâî ðàçâèâàåòñÿ íà
ëèñòâå (44 âèäa) (òàáë. 1) è ÷àñòü (14 âèäîâ) íà õâîå (òàáë. 2). Ïðè ýòîì íå íàáëþ-
äàåòñÿ ïåðåõîäà èëè ðàçâèòèÿ îäíîãî è òîãî æå âèäà ãðèáà êàê íà õâîå, òàê è íà ëèñòü-
ÿõ. Ïðè âûáîðå ñóáñòðàòà èç øèðîêîëèñòâåííûõ ïîðîä äðåâåñíûõ ðàñòåíèé ôèëëîôè-
ëüíûå äèñêîìèöåòû â ñâîåì ïîäàâëÿþùåì áîëüøèíñòâå íå ïðîÿâëÿþò ïðåäïî÷òåíèÿ.
Îäíàêî ìîæíî çàìåòèòü íåêîòîðûå ãðóïïèðîâêè âèäîâ, àññîöèèðîâàííûå ñ ëèñòîâûì
îïàäîì äðåâåñíûõ, êóñòàðíèêîâûõ èëè òðàâÿíèñòûõ ðàñòåíèé.
 ãðóïïå äèñêîìèöåòîâ, êîëîíèçèðóþùèõ ëèñòîâîé îïàä ïðîøëîãî ãîäà, ïðåâàëè-
ðóþò èíîïåðêóëÿòíûå âèäû èç ñåìåéñòâ Dermateaceae (4 âèäà), Geoglossaceae (1), He-
lotiaceae (5), Hyaloscyphaceae (8), Rutstroemiaceae (1) è Sclerotiniaceae (4), ïðîÿâëÿÿ
ïðè âûáîðå ñóáñòðàòà áîëåå âûñîêóþ ñòåïåíü âèäîñïåöèôè÷íîñòè. Íåêîòîðàÿ âèäî-
âàÿ ñïåöèàëèçàöèÿ îáóñëîâëåíà ðàçëè÷íûì ñîäåðæàíèåì çîëüíûõ ýëåìåíòîâ ó äðå-
âåñíûõ ïîðîä. Òàê, ëèñòüÿ áåðåçû íàèáîëåå áîãàòû êàëüöèåì, ëèñòüÿ îñèíû õàðàêòå-
ðèçóþòñÿ âûñîêèì ñîäåðæàíèåì êðåìíåçåìà. Ëèñòüÿ êóñòàðíèêîâ àêêóìóëèðóþò íàè-
áîëüøåå ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñ îñòàëüíûìè ïîðîäàìè êîëè÷åñòâî çîëüíûõ âåùåñòâ
(Áîðèñîâà, 1984). Ïî âñåé âåðîÿòíîñòè, îïåðêóëÿòíûå äèñêîìèöåòû îáëàäàþò ìåíåå
ìîùíûì ôåðìåíòíûì àïïàðàòîì ïî ñðàâíåíèþ ñ èíîïåðêóëÿòíûìè. Çàìå÷åíî, ÷òî

îïåðêóëÿòíûå ãðèáû ðàçâèâàþòñÿ ïðåèìóùåñòâåííî íà ðàñòèòåëüíûõ îñòàòêàõ ñ íà-
ðóøåííîé äî íåêîòîðîé ñòåïåíè êëåòî÷íîé ñòðóêòóðîé. Ýòà ãðóïïà ïðåäñòàâëåíà ñëå-
äóþùèìè ñåìåéñòâàìè: Ascobolaceae (1 âèä), Helvellaceae (6), Morchellaceae (3), Pezi-
zaceae (1), Pyronemataceae (8) è Sarcoscyphaceae (1).
Áîãàòîå âèäîâîå ðàçíîîáðàçèå ïîäëåñêà â þæíîé ÷àñòè Äàëüíåãî Âîñòîêà ñïîñîá-
ñòâîâàëî ïîÿâëåíèþ øèðîêîãî ñïåêòðà âèäîâ äèñêîìèöåòîâ, ñïåöèàëèçèðîâàííûõ íà
äåñòðóêöèè îñòàòêîâ òðàâÿíèñòûõ ðàñòåíèé (òàáë. 3). Â ýòó ãðóïïó äåñòðóêòîðîâ ïî-
ìåùåíû ãðèáû, ðàçâèâàþùèåñÿ íà ñòåáëÿõ è ëèñòüÿõ òðàâÿíèñòûõ ðàñòåíèé, âêëþ÷àÿ

è ïîëóêóñòàðíèêè. Îíà îáúåäèíÿåò 132 âèäa äèñêîìèöåòîâ. Âî ìíîãèõ åâðîïåéñêèõ
ìîíîãðàôè÷åñêèõ îáðàáîòêàõ, ïîñâÿùåííûõ ñèñòåìàòèêå äèñêîìèöåòîâ, âûäåëåíû â
îñîáûå ãðóïïû âèäû, ðàçâèâàþùèåñÿ íà çëàêîâûõ è ïðåäñòàâèòåëÿõ êðèïòîãàìíîé
ôëîðû. Íàøè èññëåäîâàíèÿ â îñíîâíîì ïîäòâåðäèëè òàêóþ äèôôåðåíöèàöèþ, îäíàêî
íà Äàëüíåì Âîñòîêå ó íåêîòîðûõ âèäîâ îòìå÷åíà áîëåå âûñîêàÿ ñòåïåíü ýâðèòîïíî-
ñòè. Òàêèå âèäû, êàê Mollisia epitypha, Cistella orientalis, Lachnum marginatum, L. pale-
arum, Hymenoscyphus epiphyllus,ïîìèìî ñâîèõ òðàäèöèîííûõ çàñåëÿþò äîïîëíèòåëü-
íûå, íåõàðàêòåðíûå äëÿ íèõ ñóáñòðàòû. Ñëåäóåò îòìåòèòü, ÷òî íà îñòàòêàõ òðàâÿíè-
ñòûõ ðàñòåíèé íàìè îáíàðóæåí òîëüêî îäèí îïåðêóëÿòíûé äèñêîìèöåò èç ñåìåéñòâà
Pyronemataceae Geopora arenosa (Fuckel) S. Ahmad., ðàçâèâàþùèéñÿ íà ïëàóíàõ è
íå âêëþ÷åííûé íàìè â îáùóþ òàáëèöó.
Äâóõ-òðåõ ëåòíèé ëèñòîâîé îïàä è ñèëüíî ðàçëîæèâøèåñÿ îñòàòêè òðàâÿíèñòûõ
ðàñòåíèé ôîðìèðóþò íèæíèé ñëîé ïîäñòèëêè. Íà òàêîì ñóáñòðàòå â îòëè÷èå îò ðàñ-
ñìîòðåííîãî âûøå ðàçâèâàþòñÿ â îñíîâíîì îïåðêóëÿòíûå äèñêîìèöåòû. Ãðóïïà èíî-
ïåðêóëÿòíûõ âèäîâ ïðåäñòàâëåíà 17 âèäàìè èç 4 ñåìåéñòâ: Cudoniaceae 5 âèäîâ,
Geoglossaceae Helotiaceae 2 (òàáë. 4). Íàäî çàìåòèòü, ÷òî ýòè âèäû îòëè÷àþò-
ñÿ ñàìûìè êðóïíûìè ðàçìåðàìè àñêîì (ïëîäîâûõ òåë) ñðåäè èíîïåðêóëÿòíûõ äèñêî-
ìèöåòîâ. Îïåðêóëÿòíûå ãðèáû ýòîé àññîöèàöèè, íàïðîòèâ, îáëàäàþò ñàìûì øèðîêèì

ãðèáîâ ðàñïðîñòðàíÿåòñÿ ïî ëåñíûì ñîîáùåñòâàì Äàëüíåãî Âîñòîêà âñëåäñòâèå ìíî-
ãî÷èñëåííûõ êîñòðèù è åæåãîäíûõ ïîæàðîâ. Ïîñåëÿÿñü íà ñòàðûõ êîñòðèùàõ, ïðåä-
ñòàâëÿþùèõ ñîáîé ñìåñü ìèíåðàëüíûõ ÷àñòèö ïî÷âû ñ îáóãëèâøèìèñÿ îñòàòêàìè
äðåâåñèíû, îíè ïîäãîòàâëèâàþò ìåñòî äëÿ çàñåëåíèÿ åãî äðóãèìè îðãàíèçìàìè, â
÷àñòíîñòè âûñøèìè ðàñòåíèÿìè. Îñîáåííîñòè ôîðìèðîâàíèÿ ïîäñòèëêè íà ïåðâûõ
ïîñëåïîæàðíûõ ñòàäèÿõ (Ãðîìûêî, Ãðîìûêî, 2005á) îïðåäåëÿþò èçìåíåíèÿ â ïðåä-
ñòàâëåííîñòè âèäîâ äèñêîìèöåòîâ. Ïåðâûå äâà ãîäà îñíîâó áèîòû ñîñòàâëÿþò âèäû,
ïîñåëÿþùèåñÿ íà îáóãëåííûõ ðàñòèòåëüíûõ îñòàòêàõ. Â ñòðóêòóðå ïîäñòèëêè ïðåâà-
ëèðóåò âåðõíèé åå ñëîé èç îïàäà ïðîøëîãî ãîäà ñî ñâîèì íàáîðîì äåñòðóêòîðîâ.
Íåîáõîäèìî îòìåòèòü âàæíîñòü èçó÷åíèÿ ãðóïïû ïîðÿäêîâ äèñêîìèöåòîâ íå òî-
ëüêî äëÿ ñîâåðøåíñòâîâàíèÿ êëàññèôèêàöèîííûõ êîíñòðóêöèé, íî è äëÿ ýêîëîãè÷å-
ñêîé õàðàêòåðèñòèêè åå ïðåäñòàâèòåëåé. Ñ ïîìîùüþ ýêîëîãè÷åñêîé ñòðóêòóðû äèñêî-
ìèöåòîâ â îòäåëüíî âçÿòîì ðàñòèòåëüíîì ñîîáùåñòâå ìîæíî îöåíèòü ñáàëàíñèðîâàí-
íîñòü ïðîöåññîâ óòèëèçàöèè ðàñòèòåëüíûõ îñòàòêîâ è èíòåíñèâíîñòü íàêîïëåíèÿ
ãóìóñà â ïî÷âå.

SUMMARY
Discomycetes biodiversity of the litter in conifer-broad-leaves forests from the Russian Far East
were studied by the author since 1989. The ecological groups of fungi of the litter were examined. The
discomycetous biota of last years deciduous foliage is dominated by the following families: Hyalos-
cyphaceae (8 species), Helotiaceae (5), Dermateaceae (4), Sclerotiniaceae (4), Geoglossaceae (1)
and Rutstroemiaceae (1) as it turned out. The species of deciduous plant call forth the substratum choi-
ce. The discomycetous biota of 2—3 years ago deciduous foliage is dominated by the following fami-
lies: Pyronemataceae (8), Helvellaceae (6), Morchellaceae (3), Ascobolaceae (1), Pezizaceae (1) and
Sarcoscyphaceae (1).
