A new hydraulic fluid specification: JCMAS HK

Authors:
  • Japan Construction Machinery and Construction Association

Abstract

A hydraulic fluid specification for construction equipment called JCMAS HK has been established by the Japan Construction Mechanization Association (JCMAS). The JCMAS HK is classified into two viscosity categories of single grade and multigrade. Each category has ISO VG32 and ISO VG46. The JCMAS HK oils provide performances of controlling wear, friction coefficient, oxidation, rust, and seal swelling. This is an abstract presented at the 11th Annual Fuels & Lubes Asia Conference (Beijing, China 3/15-18/2005).
