During screening of the panoramic and lateral view cephalometric radiographs of two female-and male orthodontic patients, it was strange to found: 1. In the panoramic radiograph of the 19 years old female patient; two rooted radio-opaque structure pointed down word, surrounded by radio-lucent area, in the oropharyngeal region, opposite to another structure of the same shape facing upwards between C2 and C3 and around three radio-opaque cylindrical segments with somewhat radiolucent lumen in the area of stylohyoid ligament. 2. The cephalograms showed Sella-Turcica of abnormal shape and configuration. On the other hand, the panoramic radiograph of the 25 years old male patient two bilateral radio-opaque semi-oval structure at the base of the skull appeared in the radiograph between the condylar head and the coronoid processes.
