Neuroimaging and genetics studies have advanced our understanding of the neurobiology of sleep and its disorders. However, individual studies usually have limitations to identifying consistent and reproducible effects, including modest sample sizes, heterogeneous clinical characteristics and varied methodologies. These issues call for a large‐scale...
Background
Force variability is related to many kinesiological and neuromuscular properties of the body. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and sex on the several fractal and entropy indices of force changing during the repetitive isokinetic exercise of knee flexion-extension.

Chimeras are fascinating spatiotemporal states that emerge in coupled oscillators. These states are characterized by the coexistence of coherent and incoherent dynamics, and since their discovery, they have been observed in a rich variety of different systems. Here, we consider a system of non-locally coupled three-dimensional dynamical systems, wh...

Hi dear researcher
I need a method for my 2D data. that have specific lines in y and x direction and the size of rectangle dependent on density of data on it. like the picture attached. which method can be useful or make some changes in which method can be useful?
I apply hierichal method with Y = pdist(X,'cityblock'); Z = linkage(Y,'complete'); for my data for getting this picture.

Hi, I want to know about range of window length for DFA code? for example 5000 -6000 sample.
in Detrended fluctuation analysis, what is the range of n for window_length ,for data about 5000 to 7000 sample ?
in code of DFA write n=100:100:1000 . is it public for every length of data?, because this choose can change the affective range of alfa...
totally it is interesting for me to know the circuit of load capacitor must be have which specially feature for discharge gradually?
Or this part must be have which specially feature?
