Introduction
Teay Shawyun worked as Consultant to develop the KSU-QMS & PMS at the Deanship of Quality and Development, King Saud University (1999 to 2020 and again in 2023). Teay does research in Quantitative Social Research, Educational Performance & Quality, Strategic, and Leadership Management. His key project is the 'Strategic Performance Management System' for higher education integrated electronic quality/planning/information troika management leading to HEI performance management.
