I have done a dozen of tests to estimate the toxicity of AuNPs; however, I got confused with results whereas ROS, GPx and Caspase3 are increased. In contrast, Catalase, JC-1 and SO dismutase are decreased?
Is there anyone help me to get the mystery?
I have checked low concentrations of AuNPs on HepG2 but I did not get any signs that significant (5,10,15,25,50,75,100,150,200ug/ml) so I need your help to get an effective concentration.
