Communication is the fundamental channel between individuals to speak with each other. In the world of communication gestures and signals is a great deal and a lot of research work has been done in the course of past decades. With the end goal to enhance the recognition rate of systems, numerous specialists have conveyed strategies, for example, HMM, Artificial Neural Networks, and Kinect stage. Effective algorithms for segmentation, classification, pattern matching, and recognition have evolved. Gesture-based communication is generally utilized by people with hearing disabilities to speak with one another helpfully utilizing hand motions. The system uses image processing technology and neural networking for the capturing and conversion of gestures. A number of python packages are used to process and generate the results. The application uses laptop webcam for capturing gestures and recognize gestures shown by the user. The application uses TensorFlow and Keras to generate the model for datasets. The gestures shown by the user are compared with stored gestures and the corresponding output is generated along with speech output. The application thus eliminates the communication barrier between hearing impaired-mute and normal people.

As an essential tool in security, the intrusion detection system bears the responsibility of the defense to network attacks performed by malicious traffic. Nowadays, with the help of machine learning algorithms, intrusion detection systems develop rapidly. However, the robustness of this system is questionable when it faces adversarial attacks. For the robustness of detection systems, more potential attack approaches are under research. In this paper, a framework of the generative adversarial networks, called IDSGAN, is proposed to generate the adversarial malicious traffic records aiming to attack intrusion detection systems by deceiving and evading the detection. Given that the internal structure and parameters of the detection system are unknown to attackers, the adversarial attack examples perform the black-box attacks against the detection system. IDSGAN leverages a generator to transform original malicious traffic records into adversarial malicious ones. A discriminator classifies traffic examples and dynamically learns the real-time black-box detection system. More significantly, the restricted modification mechanism is designed for the adversarial generation to preserve original attack functionalities of adversarial traffic records. The effectiveness of the model is indicated by attacking multiple algorithm-based detection models with different attack categories. The robustness is verified by changing the number of the modified features. A comparative experiment with adversarial attack baselines demonstrates the superiority of our model.

Introduction: Corona Virus Infectious Disease (COVID-19) is the infectious disease. The COVID-19 disease came to earth in early 2019. It is expanding exponentially throughout the world and affected an enormous number of human beings starting from the last month. The World Health Organization (WHO) on March 11, 2020 declared COVID-19 was characterized as “Pandemic”. This paper proposed approach for confirmation of COVID-19 cases after the diagnosis of doctors. The objective of this study uses machine learning method to evaluate how much predicted results are close to original data related to Confirmed-Negative-Released-Death cases of COVID-19. Materials and methods: For this purpose, a verification method is proposed in this paper that uses the concept of Deep-learning Neural Network. In this framework, Long shrt-term memory (LSTM) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) are also assimilated finally for training the dataset. The prediction results are tally with the results predicted by clinical doctors. Results: The results are obtained from the proposed method with accuracy 87 % for the “confirmed Cases”, 67.8 % for “Negative Cases”, 62% for “Deceased Case” and 40.5 % for “Released Case”. Another important parameter i.e. RMSE shows 30.15% for Confirmed Case, 49.4 % for Negative Cases, 4.16 % for Deceased Case and 13.72 % for Released Case. Conclusions: The outbreak of Coronavirus has the nature of exponential growth and so it is difficult to control with limited clinical persons for handling a huge number of patients within a reasonable time. So it is necessary to build an automated model, based on machine learning approach, for corrective measure after the decision of clinical doctors.

In the present research era, machine learning is an important and unavoidable zone where it provides better solutions to various domains. In particular deep learning is one of the cost efficient, effective supervised learning model, which can be applied to various complicated issues. Since deep learning has various illustrative features and it doesn’t depend on any limited learning methods which helps to obtain better solutions. As deep learning has significant performance and advancements it is widely used in various applications like image classification, face recognition, visual recognition, language processing, speech recognition, object detection and various science, business analysis, etc., This survey work mainly provides an insight about deep learning through an intensive analysis of deep learning architectures and its characteristics along with its limitations. Also, this research work analyses recent trends in deep learning through various literatures to explore the present evolution in deep learning models.
