Wireless mobile devices require a handover decision system to get a seamless connection in a heterogeneous wireless networking environment. The handover process is one of the most significant processes in a cellular network. Few research works have been developed for providing seamless connectivity using different handover techniques. But, controlling data traffic during the process of seamless mobile data connectivity was not solved. So, there is a necessity to introduce a new model to control the traffic and improving the seamless mobility management in heterogeneous network. A new model called Bagging Ensembled Perceptron Classification based Seamless Mobility (BEPC-SM) introduced to achieve higher data delivery rate with minimum packet loss rate and data transmission delay by means of classifying the mobile nodes in heterogeneous network. In BEPC-SM model, randomly considers a number of mobile nodes in the heterogeneous network as input. Then, BEPC-SM model determines signal strength for each mobile node in a heterogeneous network. Bagging Ensembled Perceptron Classification algorithm is used in BEPC-SM model with the aim of accurately classifying all mobile nodes as strong or weak strength node with a lower amount of time consumption. After that, the distance between the weak strength node and the access point in the network is measured. Lastly, BEPC-SM Model selects the nearby access point with maximum bandwidth availability for each weak strength node in the network to perform the handover process. Thus, the performance of seamless data communication in a heterogeneous network is improved in BEPC-SM model. The BEPC-SM model is used in traffic-aware seamless data communication in a heterogeneous network. Simulation evaluation of the BEPC-SM Model is carried out on factors such as data delivery rate, packet loss rate, data transmission delay with respect to a number of data packets. The simulation result depicts that the BEPC-SM Model is able to increases the data delivery rate and also reduces delay when compared to state-of-the-art works.

We can improve agriculture by implementing AI mechanisms which can be same are defficiently on various cultivating areas. With all the advancements in the areas of machines and their improvements we can use them in cultivating the valuable and detailed data concerning various issues in addition to assuming the critical part in it. Sarcasm is a mode of communication where people express themselves by writing it’s contrary to what they really say. Sarcasm is a general phenomenon in social media. It is very difficult to identify and analyze in text. And also complex task because of challenges involved in determining the essence of the text containing sarcasm. The major difficulty in sarcasm detection is Ambiguity in nature. Sarcasm detection is very simple while face to face voice conversation based on pitch of tone, facial expressions, and gestures of opposite person. But in text conversation it is very difficult because sarcasm is conveying negative meaning with positive words. Sarcasm Detection difficult by human because if its challenges, so researchers have been working on this for the past decade. In this paper we discussed about approaches to detect sarcasm, types of sarcasm and issues involved in sarcasm detection.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has rapidly infiltrated diverse sectors like agriculture, healthcare, banking, transportation, and education. This paper concentrates on education, specifically the time-consuming and vulnerable manual attendance process involving roll calls. To combat issues like proxy attendance, we present an innovative automated system utilizing facial recognition technology. Key components include the Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) for robust facial feature detection and the Haar Cascade classifier for precise recognition. Data collection and preprocessing build a diverse student facial image dataset for model training. In real-time, the system captures live video feeds, accurately marking student attendance. Benefits encompass proxy attendance prevention, increased accuracy, and reduced administrative burden. The system is scalable and could integrate with student management systems, but ethical concerns surrounding privacy and data security must be addressed. In summary, AI’s integration into education shows great potential, and our facial recognition-based attendance system represents a pivotal advancement in overcoming longstanding attendance challenges.

Agriculture is one of the essential aspects in any country's development, as it provides the major source of food, employment, for its importance in nation's revenue and international Trades. India is one such country which depends on agriculture for its economic growth. Indian agriculture sector accounts for 18% of the country's GDP and it provides employment for more than 50% of rural population. As many of the Indian farmers are still using the traditional technologies in farming which are integrated more with hard work than smart work, most of the youth in India are not interested towards the agriculture. As the technology is enhancing day by day, the agriculture sector will also certainly need to adopt new trends and technologies into it, so as to increase the productivity and profits. One such way is to transform our traditional agricultural practices into smart farming by introducing drones into the farming to not only drag the attention, interest among the young people towards the agriculture but also to increase the productivity and profits. We can make the efficient use of drones in monitoring overall crops health, while inputting the seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and in detecting the threats like weeds, pest, fungi quickly. This paper will discuss about the importance and advantages of usage of the drones in Indian agriculture.

The integration of 3G networks and WLAN as complementary has begun to attract much attention in industry as well as academia. This topic is becoming a burning issue, and one of the key questions which it raises is how to support a seamless vertical handoff. This paper introduces a new interface selection algorithm for energy-efficient vertical handoff in tightly coupled systems capable of supporting seamless handoff. Our proposed scheme, Wise Interface Selection (WISE) switches the active network interface, after taking into consideration the characteristics of the network interface cards and the current level of data traffic, with the cooperation of the mobile terminals and network. Interface switching operates independently on both the downlink and the uplink for the purpose of energy conservation. We show through simulation that less energy is consumed with WISE than when only a 3G network or WLAN interface is used, resulting in a longer lifetime for the mobile terminals. In the case of TCP connections, additional throughput gain can also be obtained.
