Introduction
Pavel Makarov is currently a Professor at the Department of Management, Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). He finished his doctoral thesis on Intellectual Capital theory. In his current research, he concentrates on Place Branding, especially on comparative studies of place branding practices.
