Introduction
He holds a PhD from Sevilla University, Spain and was Visiting Fellow at IDSA, New Delhi, india; Visiting Researcher at Cairo University; lecturer at International University of Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. He worked at SETA; directed International Center for Terrorism and Transnational Crime (UTSAM) in Ankara and the regional office of TIKA in Colombia/South America. Currently, he is Professor of International relations at Joint War Institute at National Defence University in Istanbul.
