Introduction
Dr John Kalama is a senior lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Federal University Otuoke. Dr John Kalama is also a renowned scholar and researcher with over 30 publications in local and foreign journals across the world. His major research area is International Relations and peace and conflict studies. His work on "The Implementation of Nigeria’s Amnesty Policy and Security Challenges in Africa: An Analysis of the Niger Delta, 2007 – 2015" greatly contributed to peace and security in Nigeria's Niger Delta. His is current research project is on "The Paradox of Kwame Nkrumah's Pan Africanism in Post-independent Africa: An Analysis of Xenophobic Attacks in South Africa". Dr John Kalama is an expert in Peace & Conflict studies/analysis.
