针对旋转流体机械的全流道模型仿真方法成本高,且网格质量难以保证,提出了一 种基于单流道瞬态仿真模型的伪集总叶片法(PLSM)来计算叶轮转矩和分析变矩器的叶轮交 互效应及其内部流场特性。建立了 D400 型液力变矩器的三维瞬态单流道仿真模型,提出基 于 PLSM 来计算叶片和叶轮的时域转矩,并以此进一步分析变矩器的叶轮交互效应及其对液 力变矩器性能的影响。该方法得到的泵轮,涡轮和导轮的转矩结果与实验结果最大误差不超 过 11.1%,原始特性的误差小于4.37%,性能特性与理论及实验结果一致,表明该方法有效 可靠,不仅可在保持精度的同时降低计算成本,同时对变矩器等旋转流体机械的叶轮交互效 应的转矩及内流场特性深入研究,具有较强理论指导和工程实践意义。

Question
I opened two windows on the pump of the hydraulic torque converter, as the picture shown, the pump is rotating at 800rpm during the measurement. I use the silver coated glass particles about 10um. The LDV system is Dantec 3D-LDV system.
