Introduction
When relating to technological devices, users often experience a trial-and-error process to thrive in such systems' usage and interaction. This process eventually leads to a better comprehension of the product or service (PSS); however, relevant information about non-typical user's needs gets lost. This group includes elderly adults, indigenous communities, people with certain disabilities, and in some parts of the globe, women still belong to this group.
