Existence of nano force coming along the carbon value is validated in DNA also. The global phenomena of biology in the context of carbon force of action is important to check and parameterize overall biochemical phenomena of binding and correct them.

Nano Level Force in Protein Plays Applications of Maximum Untold Understanding of Life Form

There are many interactive forces between atoms applied to solve the problem of nature of molecules. One would go on applying this to several diseases and sufferings. On doing so, we have discovered that a new dimension of atomic arrangements playing a role in existence of force of interaction at nano level say at 1.6 nm. Arrangements are in such way that it maintains a carbon fraction of 0.3144 ... [Show full abstract] in the structure of biologically important molecule called protein. Arrangements are important from maintaining structure and another way of interaction due to the deficiency of this domain formation. All our analysis conclude that there is new kind of force of attraction available for advancing the science here in biology and other field as well as other elements possess this nano level forces of attraction. Our results are validated with crystal availability because of force existence. Otherwise other may have to be studied accordingly. Bond of all atoms involved in domain formation are altered from original value of bond formation but increased or decreased according to the type of bonds. Alteration can be a measure of this newly identified nano level force of interaction. Our analysis can be extended to other problems in our science of untold answer.

Carbon Distribution In Nano Structure Of Proteins

The proteins are made up of 5 elements such as carbon, sulphur, nitrogen, oxygen and hydrogen. The current resistant, carbon, is the only element that contributes towards the dominant force, hydrophobic interaction. It is reported that this carbon distribution in proteins is uniform and definite amount. The variation is observed only near active site. In this study, the distribution of this ... [Show full abstract] carbon in nano structure of proteins is taken up. Our results indicate that proteins prefer to have 31.44% carbon for its stability. This is not only in total but also along the sequence. That is local structures also prefer to have this carbon amount. A pattern of length 45 amino acids with 227 carbon 722 total atoms is observed with this carbon content. The active site of the proteins found with higher amount than the preferred value of 31.44%.

This computational method is useful to obtain detailed information on biochemical reactions at nano level. It uses physicochemical principles that complement experiments in building a molecular-level understanding of biology. They can test hypotheses and interpret experimental data ... [Show full abstract] in terms of interactions at the atomic level. A wide variety of simulation techniques have been developed and range of problems has been tested. Molecular simulations offer the potential for understanding movements, fluctuation, interaction, reaction and function of biological systems. This can give detailed structures of biological system on how changes that take place in short time while they function. Applications such as catalytic mechanisms, biomolecular dynamics, interactions, free energy and spectroscopic property calculations are currently in use. This computer based techniques provide better pictures on how biomolecular machines work and provide mechanisms through which the molecules function. Advanced computers and algorithms provide an excellent base for this. The force field is the backbone for molecular simulation. Many force fields have been developed so for. Single force field cannot be applied to all system in the universe as there is wide variety of interactions from time to time and place to place. This talk will deliver an overview of methods and recent developments in atomistic biomolecular simulation and applications.
