Dr. Rubi is an assistant professor at Lovely Professional University, Phagwara, Punjab, India accredited with NAAC A++ grade. With extensive qualifications including B.Ed., M.Ed., M.Phil, Ph.D., and NET in Education, along with an MA in Sociology, she serves as a Ph.D. research supervisor.
