Question
To analyze bacterial taxa 16S rRNA between two groups, wich method is better and why, LEfSe or SIMPER?
Question
Hello everyone!
I am developing two simple regresion analyses and quadratic fit is the best for both. So, now I want to run a multiple regression analysis but the olny way of do this is as a simple multiple regression. Is there a way to run a quadratic multiple regression? and what software do you recommend?
Thank you!!!
