This poster investigates how the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) influences pain behaviors under chronic pain conditions. Using TRAP2 mice and chemogenetic manipulation, we reveal the role of ACC neurons in modulating both affective and sensory aspects of pain. Overall, our findings highlight the ACC's contribution to chronic pain regulation.
