- I conducted research as a visiting scholar at Brunel Business School in London, under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mustafa Ozbilgin, on "The Role of Ethics in Industry 5.0". During this time, I also conducted empirical studies using primary data and meta-analytic studies based on secondary data on topics such as CCBs, work engagement, and job satisfaction of healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have published three articles in Frontiers in Psychology Journal.
