Introduction
I have committed myself to understanding the role that the development and commercialization of technologies play in the prosperity of economies and single organizations. Through the analysis of impediments and key success factors in finance, organizational strategy, knowledge and technology management, technology transfer as well as innovation policy, I aspire to contribute to the research on innovation and commercialization processes. Currently, I am looking into life after company death.
