Introduction
I started my career in Italy as Lecturer in Organisation Studies at the University of Rome (Roma Tre). Between 2009 and 2012 I was Lecturer in OB at the University of Nottingham, based in Ningbo, China. From 2012 to 2016 I was Senior Lecturer in Organization Studies at Manchester Metropolitan University. I have been Finnish Government Visiting Scholar at the University of Helsinki and visiting professor in France (UBO, Brest) Colombia (UT, Tolima) and Italy (Bergamo).
