presents a brief analysis of the trends and some experiences of revaluation of the
urban-industrial heritage in various countries. The second includes the analysis of the

habitability, segregation and urban obsolescence, which make it possible to characterize the problems affecting this sector. The third includes a proposal for the reuse of the
