Dear All
I am looking for cooperation in synthesis of some amino acid derivatives that structures are attached to this question. Please write me if anyone will be interesting. Thank you

I think these are interesting compounds. Do you have lab space and resources for someone to make them in Gdansk? I would probably use a dimethylsulfone, an amino aldehyde and a base as starting materials for the first sulfone.

Dear Mathew,
have place and could have a reagents but no person who is strictly organic chemist. This is the issue.

Horner-Emmons reaction of boc protected amino aldehyde with the appropriate sulfone..1 step.
the synthesis looks very interesting and wets the appetite of any organic chemist

The easiest route is indeed what Luigi suggests: HWE reaction of a boc-protected amino acid (from the Weinreb amide) and the phosphonate (from diethyl-iodomethyl phosphonate, subsitute with thiol, oxidize with peracetic acid). Not too difficult;
The epoxyketones also from the Weinreb amide, addition of propene-lithium, reduction to the alcohol, epoxydation (will go stereoselective), oxidation back to the ketone. But you probably figured that out yourself already.
unfortunately, I don't have a chemist at the moment either who could help out here
