What is CEPCI (Chemical Engineering Plant Cost Index) value for 2022?

I am simulating a Post-combustion Carbon Capture process in Aspen Plus. I have the cooling duties of wash-column, cooler, and condenser. I would like to know how much cold water will be required for it.

I'm trying to use aspen to simulate the reactive distillation of butanol and acrylic acid to butyl acrylate using a RadFrac unit and LHHW kinetics. As pointed out by many other posts, RadFrac does not offer LHHW kinetics and I need to write a fortran subroutine in order to actually use LHHW kinetics for the kinetic expression I am utilizing. I have never used fortran before nor do I have experience with linking a subroutine to aspen. Does anyone have any resources they could point toward for actually accomplishing this? Thanks!

If $f_0^0$ is the Fermi-Dirac distribution function, and if the first line of the attached Fig is correct, then is the second line correct? ∂_{a/b} are derivative over $k_x$ and $k_y$. If the answer is "no", how one can calculate the integral of the second line?

In my case, when I use the Peng-Robinson or ElecNTRL property models, I do get errors. When I use the IDEAL or NTRL property packages, I get results quite different from the published literature papers. Please advise on the suitable property method to handle the species involved, i.e., CH4, H2S, CS2, H2, S2 and C.

i`m using Aspen plus for simulation of pyrolysis . when i run the Rgibbs as the reactor . there are many components and then i tried to condense the product to give me the amount of bio oil but the bio oil derived from the flash seperator is included 0.99 of H2O and other components is near to 0.

what is the problem ?
