What is the best method for cDNA synthesis from miRNA?

I have relatively low concentrations of miRNA (8 - 15 ng).
I have never done this procedure.

using taqman 10ng is suffisant per miRNA (RT using taqman oligo is not universal and you should make RT for each microRNA you want to analyse....alternatively, you should use pool of oligo for RT using taqman also).....alternative kit: exiqon and RT with this Kit is universal (with single RT, you will obtain enough cDNA for all you PCR step)

For the kit from life technologies using only 10 ng of miRNA is enough. The manufacturer suggest use 10-20 ng for cDNA synthesis.

We report the molecular characterization of the Posterior sex combs-Suppressor 2 of zeste region of Drosophila melanogaster. The distal breakpoint of the Aristapedioid inversion divides the region into two parts. We have molecularly mapped the lesions associated with several loss of function mutations in the Polycomb group gene Posterior sex combs...
