What is the best 5G cellular network simulator?

What is the best 5G cellular network simulator in which I can collect some data from the end devices (i.e., mobile phones), data like mobility, direction, received signal power, voice, delay, jitter, etc?
Can I find such data published?
Is wireless Insite capable of generating such kind of data?

I have submitted my manuscript to the Hindawi journal five months ago. I have revised the manuscript two times: the first major revision and the second minor revision. After submitting the minor revision, the status changed to under review and pending approval. After waiting 20 days for pending approval, the status now is reviewers invited. In my NetSim 5G simulation, I keep seeing zero throughput, indicating no data transmission. Any suggestions on the factors or settings causing this, like (a) verifying correct gNB and UE configuration, (b) identifying network topology or connectivity errors, etc.? What steps can I take to understand and resolve this?
