What is the Y value to find out total phenolic content?

I need to find out total phenolic content in my plant extract. I havre used 1milligram of gallic acid dissolved in 1 millilitre of the solvent and after adding the reagents I have measured the OD for 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 microlitres. I have got the linear equation Y=0.0066X-0.0706 and R2 value as 0.9629. My doubt is how can i take the Y value to calculate the x value(concentration) of gallic acid.

This forum is not educational. Molecular weight of gallic acid is 170 g/mole.
Your stock solution of gallic acid has a concentration 1/170 M = 5.9 mM. In addition, I'm wondering how you managed to weigh 1 mg?

Y= area for sample , X= conc. of sample
X= y+ 0.0706 / 0.0066
X= concentration of gallic acid in sample
