What is the simulation block diagram of ask and psk in optisystem software?

I am doing dissertation work on "BER rate evaluation using ask and psk for long haul optical communication system". So I am getting the block diagram of ask and psk in optisystem software.

Hii, the files which are attached in samples are not pure ASK modulation in long haul communciation. The Circuit diagram is very complex compare to PSK Modulation circuit diagram. So I am not able to understand the circuit diagram of ASK Modulation

Greetings, is it correct to say a polarization insensitive metamaterial (which was named so because of its symmetric structure) as circular polarized metamaterial too. Since it encapsulates circular polarization feature in it because of its polarization insensitive nature.

I don't know if I should include the references and tables when I'm uploading my article or not? Because the references aren't my writing and clearly will increase the similarity index.
