What is the length of a human arterial smooth muscle cell cycle?

I want to analyze vascular smooth muscle in tunica media or endothelial cells in tunica intima hypertrophy or hyperplasia that can change the ratio of tunica media/lumen diameter. Can anyone help?

Recently I ran a Microarray analysis on cells treated with purified plant-extracted compound, however, the caspase 3 levels were elevated after 24 hours suggesting high apoptotic activity of treatment but the fold change decreased after 48 hours of treatment given the fact that the cell count dropped drastically after 48 hours and the yielded RNA was way less then the one yielded at 24 hours? another fact that the P21 expression was very high at 48 hours.

I assumed that after 48 hours cells were undergoing apoptosis but the expression levels were low due to low cell count, so far I couldn't find papers to support this finding.

another assumption is that the cells that managed to proliferate and continue to grow after 24 hours were in a different cell cycle phases ( mother & daughter cells) which might have contributed to drug- resistance, or just the 24 hours exposure wasn't enough for all the cell to diminish but a longer exposure was required with the dosage used.

would you please help me? ( I feel lost)

I'm specifically interested in whether anyone has observed differential expression of Nox1, 2, 4 and/or 5 in the endothelium at regions of disturbed shear, I.e at vessel branchpoints and bifurcations, compared to straight sections of the downstream vessel or the preceding feed artery. Also, comparisons between small and large vessels, and similar sized vessels from different beds.

This is not a very specific question, more so I am looking for expertise in the area of ultrasound techniques to assess vascular kinematics. My main use for this technique would be to evaluate differences in muscular contractions, between conditions and populations. I am just unfamiliar with the techniques and am reaching out to anyone who may have experience or have come across articles with explanations about the collection and analysis of such procedures. Any input in this are or arterial stiffness would be greatly appreciated. Even if it is just direction to the probe type needed.

I would like to investigate the effect of certain compounds on Cadherin in blood vessels. Basically, I am doing experiments on porcine coronary arteries. I am willing to know whether my investigated compounds have any effect on vascular cell adhesion.

I have been working with digoxin in terms of its ability as an anti hypoxic drug. I came across several papers that report a reduction in angiogenesis and HIF1a expression but my question is if digoxin is reducing vascular density should it also increase tissue hypoxia as other anti-angiogenic drugs?

From my simplistic point of view:

Considering the vascular system as a system of significantly elastic tubes, I would expect something like a propagation wave or a delay somehow proportional to the heart distance, vein/artery caliber.
