What is data file format for allelic data based on molecular weight for analysis in Rstudio?

I am using sybr green mastermix and my cDNA quantity is okay. Still not getting amplification curve both for expected gene and internal control (GAPDH)

I tried using Fstat but the software gave me Fis and Fst for each of the loci. I am looking for  Fst for each of the populations and not loci. Can anyone help me with this or suggestion useful software?  Thanks

I'm looking to learn about what is possible when you want to analyse a data set in which the repartition of male and female participants is uneven. In a small sample of 67 students, I have 86% of female participants. This happens often with samples of elementary school teachers. In a perfect world, I would like to moderate my path analyses with the teacher's gender (I also have a sample of students n=1600). Any suggestions or warnings?

I'm working with microsatellites data and right now I'm in the process to check the alleles of the genotypes I have.

The software Cervus is working very well for this, except that in the output, some locus were not tested for H-W equilibrium, instead of p-value or other resulting information, it is written

"Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test Not done".

Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening?

In the Genepop software, the H-W worked for all locus...
