What is data file format for allelic data based on molecular weight for analysis in Rstudio?

I want to estimate phylogenetic analysis and dendrogram and clustering of genotypes based on microsatellite and mt-SSR markers for allelic data based on molecular weight. can anyone suggest me the data file format in R software and which package? I know about DarWin, NTSys, Structure, Popgene. But i specifically want to use R. is the following format correct or not?
Genotype Primer1 Primer2 Primer3
A 100/100 150/150 250/250
B 155/155 170/170 200/200
C 175/175 245/245 195/195
