What are the factors need to consider for design smart or reconfigurable microwave filters?

I am trying to design a smart or reconfigurable microwave filter for 30 GHz and I am having some issue related to design parameters and process.

I would also add there BW deviation per MHz, since it may be strong depending on the tech. used.

I want to plot the permeability of an SRR using CST "Template based post-processing > Mix template results " based on S11 and S21 as shown in the formula below:
mu = (2 * c (1 - v2)) / 2 * pi * f * d * i (1 + v2).
all parameters are known except f (which is the frequency varying from 0.5 to 3 Ghz).
Is their any variable that represent it in CST? how can we calculate the permeability then ?

I am looking to verify a design. It has 2 outputs from the bandpass.  I need to connect two outputs of bandpass with different filter. In short one band pass with two outputs connected with other filter. Can we do this thing by using MTEE in a micro strip based design in ADS.

Hello!
I designed a 2nd order bandpass Chebyshev filter in HFSS. I fabricated the sample and measured the s-parameters. Its a two port network and it should have R1, R2, C1 and C2.
I want calculate transient response of this filter and also the transfer function.
For that, I would like to get exact values of R1, R2, C1 and C2.
How can I extract these four values from measured S-parameters (recorded from VNA)? Or from the simulated s-parameters in HFSS?
Do we have any option in HFSS to extract resistance and capacitance values directly?
