Can rubbers be dissolved in a solvent and cured to get respectable physical properties?

I wanted to see if I can cure polar rubbers by blending the ingredients in a suitable solvent. The thought originated with how some rubbers aren't really available in their latex form. What do you think should be the parameters one should take care when using a solvent like Toluene when dissolving rubber chemicals like sulfur and accelerators?

Hi. Last week I ran the analysis of ascorbic acid samples with concentrations of 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 mg/ml that are dissolved in methanol. Every 3 mL of this sample was mixed with 1 mL of DPPH (0.1 mM). But when I ran the analysis using UV-VIS, I got a -ve reading at 517nm. The next day, I ran another analysis of ascorbic acid with the same method, but this time, no reading was recorded at 517nm for all the samples. So, I want to ask, is the procedure I used wrong that caused no reading at 517 nm, and why did it happen? Is there any idea you can give me about whether I should change the concentration of my sample or anything else?

While docking using AutodockTools 1.5.7, this msg pops up in the command prompt while inserting protein, but grid parameter files and the binding affinity results are perfectly generated. Is it ok to continue docking with other ligands while this error(swig/python detected a memory leak of type 'bhtree *', no destructor found) shows up?

I am trying to do a docking between a ssDNA aptamer with an organic molecule using Autodock4. I have reviewed papers where they add Gasteiger charges to the aptamer but they don't mention anything about the organic molecule.

In Autodock4, after adding Gasteiger charges also to the ligand I get an "error" that does not allow me to save the *.pdbqt file of the ligand.

Is it necessary to add payloads to this ligand in Autodock4? I did this same procedure in AutodockVina and I had no problems there.

Hi, guys. I started doing some dockings a few days ago and there was an constantly error showing up on the autodocktools cmd:

The error kept showing up after every command i gave. For example, after every missing atom added it showed up again. I didn't mind at first, because everything was working just fine, even though I was wondering if my results would be realiable with such an error.

But now, there is another error showing up on the autodock (You can also find a printscreen attached), and i can't dock anything anymore. I have already tried reinstalling autodock and MGLtools.

Has anyone had this same errors? Would you know how can I solve it? Just making clear that I'm not familiar with programming.
