Quatification of exopolysaccharides (EPS) in filamentous cyanobacteria
I am searching for the extraction procedure (protocol) of exopolysaccharides (EPS) from filamentous cyanobacteria (Aphanizomenon/Dolichospermum/Anabaena) grown in liquid medium.
Any suggestions how to visualise EPS using fluorescent dyes would also be very appreciated.
