Is there any open source IMS subsystem implementation in a network simulator?

i want to apply adaptive mechanism on duty cycle of SMAC protocol. how can i do this in ns2.35?

Kindly tell us which protocol needs to be used and how the transmission takes place in wireless multimedia sensor networks using NS2 or NS3 simulator.

I am searching for the best network simulator to evaluate the performance of safety application through WSMP protocol in vehicular ad-hoc networks. I could only find NCTUns 6.0. I'm just wondering if there are other means to do the evaluation or other types of network simulator?

I want that my omnet simulation model can create a socket and send it to a real application that is on listen. Is there any solution for this?

I would like to simulate a k-tier Hetnet or Self organized network (SON). Let’s say if k = 2, then we would have macro cells and small cells. UEs may connect to macro or small cells per certain mobility load balancing conditions. How can this be simulated in NetSim or in some other network simulator? Are there any good reference papers?
