In what units is gene expression measured when using function Average Expression (Seurat)? Is it fpkm or tpm? Thank you guys!!!

Tissue falling off slides during staining: how to prevent?

I have neural tissue that I am embedding in OCT freezing medium and cutting to 18 microns on a cryostat. I store my slides at -80 until staining. What I noticed during my last stain is some pieces of the tissue fall off the slide and float in the coplin jar. I have also seen pieces fall off when I drip antibodies on the slide. Why does it happen and how do I prevent it?

Frequently, I've got an error on Primer-Blast that says: "Exception error: CFastaReader: Input doesn't start with a defline or comment around line 1. To solve it, I tried different browsers, but it didn't work. To figure it out, I used my pre-checked primer, and shockingly, the error was repeated.

GO term enrichment analysis for proteomics in R

I'm building a shiny application for analysis of mass-spectrometry based proteomics data (for non-coders), and am working on the section for GO term enrichment.

There are a wide variety of packages available for GO term enrichment in R, and I was wondering which of these tools is most suitable for proteomics data.

The two I'm considering using are https://agotool.org/ which corrects for abundance with PTM data, or STRINGdb which has an enrichment function.

What do you guys recommend?

[clusterProfiler] Why does the p-value for each GO terms in a barplot change according to the number of GO terms plotted?

Recently I started using the R package ´clusterProfiler´ to perform simple gene enrichment analysis from a list of selected genes. When plotting the data, I noted that if I choose 4 GO terms (categories) the p-values for each of them are assigned in a way that changes if I plot 8 or 11 terms instead (as the images show). Does anyone know why?
