IR vibration band in the range 400-40 cm-1of Ceria ?

I have acquired ATR spectra of mixed oxides in the range 4000-40 cm-1.
For Ce:YAG powders, I am observing a peak at 180 cm-1, probably due to a Ce-O vibration. I didn't found any reference in literature about it because all published spectra stopped at 400 cm-1.
Can one of you help me?

Two new dioxane clathrates of the form M(4-tert-bupy)2 Ni(CN)4·dioxane (M = Ni or Co) have been prepared in powder form. Their spectral data were compared with those of the corresponding host complexes and found to be consistent with the host structure found in Hofmann type clathrates.
