How to obtain the parameters of a discrete PI controller in term of the tuned parameters of a continuous PI controller ?

I have tuned a PI controller in the continuous domain and when I discretize the transfer function of the PI controller to implement it in my discrete Simulink model it appears as a gain (only proportional term). the PI controller in the Laplace domain is (8.64+13.2324/s) and the resulting discrete transfer function (using the same sample time of my discrete Simulink model (5e-6) ) is (8.64z-8.64) /(z-1).

Manual PID tuning is done by setting the reset time to its maximum value and the rate to zero and increasing the gain until the loop oscillates at a constant amplitude. (When the response to an error correction occurs quickly a larger gain can be used. If response is slow a relatively small gain is desirable).

Qamar Ul Islam , Thanks for your response, I am familiar with this procedure to tune PI parameters in s-domain . what I was looking for is how to obtain these parameters in z-domain after I have already tuned them in the s-domain.
