How to export data from Zemax optic studio to excel file???

I'm a student with an engineering background, and I'm looking to familiarize myself with Zemax and ANSYS for my undergraduate research project, which is my final year project. Could anyone provide guidance on where I can find resources to learn this software effectively and improve my skills in optical system design? I'd appreciate fair suggestions, as I'm new to optics and Zemax.

I simulated an optical system in both sequential and nonsequential modes. I used a Gaussian entrance beam for my system and then, compared the results of "Physical optics" in sequential mode and "coherent irradiance" in non-sequential mode.

The problem is that the results don't coincide with each other!

Now, I want to know which one is more accurate and reliable?

I have a plexciton hybrid particle which consists of plasmon and exciton. How can I know that the energy is transferred from plasmon to exciton or from exciton to plasmon? I also know that this entangled particle, for example, consists of 80% plasmon and 20% exciton.. Does the probability of more plasmons mean the transfer of plasmons to excitons or vice versa?

Based on the Rt-PCR analysis results of the oligos I have designed, it appears that there is a consistent signal from the NTC and negative patient samples with Ct values ranging from 30 to 32. However, I have noticed that in the positive patient samples, the signal sometimes resembles that of the NTC and sometimes it does not. I am curious about the possible reasons for these false positives in the NTC and false negatives in the positive samples. Could this be attributed to a faulty probe or potentially caused by dimerization?

A parallel beam passing through a 20mm thick pinhole with a aperture of 0.3mm is simulated by using zemax to form a diffractive spot between light and dark on the optical plate.

I tried to design this figure in ZEMAX but I don't how to put the lenses after the ray reflected back.

I am from Physics, background and doing some experiment using a laser source. Using a collimating lens, I have made the beam as a collimated beam. The intensity distribution of collimated beam is supposed to be the Gaussian and I have fitted the curve using Gaussian equation. However, I am not sure whether it is really a Gaussian curve or not. Could you please let me suggest any tools to test a Gaussian distribution. Even, I have used the Shapiro -Wilk,  Jarque–Bera ,  Kolmogorov–Smirnov but as I can see these are useful for the barplot distribution. If anyone have any other suggestions please let me know. Here I have attached a figure for 8 mm diameter of collimated beam.
