How can I prepare tensile test sample according to ASTM E8?

I am looking forward to make a sub sized specimen for tensile testing with 6 mm diameter, but what should be the appropriate Diameter and length of end sections.

I want to fabricate one dye for powder compaction and samples for tensile test. What is the Dimensions of Tensile Specimen in mm as per ASTM E8-E8M-13a Standard ? 

In generally, superconductor materials is a dielelctric material at room temp and atmospheric pressure. I want to konw superconductor materials exhibit any particular dielectric properties or not.

I have two different sputtering targets (A and B) mounted at 45 degree incident angle. I have already found their individual deposition rate (Ang/secs) at different power. Deposition rate increases linearly with increasing power.

Now I want to make an alloy of desired composition (A_0.8B_0.2) and desired thickness.

Is there any way to calculate the required power and time to make this alloy with proper stoichiometry and thickness?

I received an e-mail from OEA publishers to submit an article for their special issue on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. I was naive enough to succumb to this request. I submitted my article which was rejected on grounds of length of the article (Very long article). I changed the whole article wrote it again and resubmitted it. It was rejected again since it had " repetitive paragraphs".

I want to what has been your experience with this publisher? My subsequent search has revealed that OEA is a predatory publisher.
