Thanks, everyone for their support. Specially Dr. Arnold C. Vermeulen. In Highscore Plus software, I fixed the settings so that it can read Excel files, then I saved the file as a readable format by Xpert Highscore software. For the settings, first, open the Highscore Plus software, click "Customize" in the menu bar, then click program settings, click "Automatic Processing", then look at the bottom left additionally supported file extensions. Click "add extension" and then add manually .CSV, .XLSX, .XLX, .OPJ etc. Apply OK. Then you can be able to read all the excel files using your software and convert them as well. Hope it will help you.

HighScore supports reading many formats including ASCII based. Hence, you might not need to convert to XRDML.

Hi Mr. Arnold.
Thanks for your suggestion.
I got the option to read different format. I tried .DAT file and it showing error message. I also tried .cif file but nothing is showing up. I don't know what's wrong. If you know any specific way to convert those files would work then please let me know. You can find the raw csv file in my post.
Thanks

Changing the file extension to *.ASC will do the trick.
