How I can achieve 7A/dm2 current density in the electroplating process? My substrate size is Φ 0.10x0.50x38x3.00 mm?

How I can achieve 7A/dm2 current density in the electroplating process? My substrate size is Φ 0.10x0.50x38x3.00 mm? I have tried Ni plating on WC-Co substrate material.
