How will be the nmr spectrum of Atorvastatin Calcium?

I want to take phosphorous NMR of liposomes with a polymer to check its effect on the phosphate groups of the lipid. Can you tell me how to take the NMR? Most of the papers have used MAS-NMR. Is it possible to take solution state phosphorus NMR for this purpose?

I have a set of samples of oligosaccharides (>2000 Da, about 20 mg/mL) containing some impurities at very low concentration. In order to identify such impurities avoiding overlapping, I am trying to get 2D-DOSY with topspin. Unfortunately, such low intensity signals are not well-processed and they appear at the same row (diffusion coefficient) than the oligosaccharide. What parameters for acquiring and processing would be the best?

I have synthesized the polystyrene macro raft agent using 2-cyano-2-propyl dodecyl trithiocarbonate (RAFT agent). Raft agent used for to synthesis the Block copolymer. In first step i have used styrene as a monomer. Molecular weight of the polymer was around 80000. but i need to confirm in NMR. herewith i have attached the expecting structure & NMR results. Can You anyone help me for interpretation?

Actually I am looking at the oxidation state of a transition metal in the extended structure(3D), but I got one experimental paper wherein they are telling that they have confirmed the oxidation state of Mn to be +1 using Solid-state 55 Mn NMR spectroscopy. How much we can rely on it. please help

HI, I've started ti learn using JMRUI to analyse NMR spectroscopy signals. I completely don't know how to use AMARES quantitation or any other type of quantitation. I have to determine the concentration of metabolites in the spectrum derived from the human brain. I have watched tutorials on youtube, but during them, there are used some databases .sv type to make quantitation and I don't where can I find something like that?

I have synthesized a poly(glutamine) sample and am currently analyzing it using NMR spectroscopy. I am facing challenges in differentiating the -NH protons from the backbone of the structure and the -NH2 from the side chain. Although I can see the -NH protons from the backbone, it is proving difficult to identify the -NH2 signal from the side chain. I ran a proton spectrum (in DMSO-d6) and observed a slight chemical shift change, confirming the backbone's amide attachment. I also ran a 15N spectrum, but I had no luck. Do you have any ideas about how I can differentiate both? What else I can try to confirm amide presence in my polymer's side chain?

At the beginning of an acquisition, the voxel shows up in the console. I need to position it and most of the time, rotate it by about 45º. Should this affect the quality of the signal recovered?
