How to develop a socio-ecological model?

What are the recent research work approaches that came in 3D-image analysis containing the basic development model? anyone, please help in this field?

One of the reviewers have suggested me to test the following-

" I suggest the Authors to perform a residual analysis of the developed model in order to check assumptions of independence, normality, homoscedasticity and zero mean of errors ".

Can anyone help me regarding the tests and procedures I need to follow?

In my research (soil nail wall by considering dynamic conditions), the validity of the developed model has been evaluated by comparing the static results from the developed model with the monitoring results from an actual trench wall stabilization project but numerical simulation and field monitoring should be compared dynamic parameters. How can verify a soil nail wall by considering the dynamic conditions?

If we develop a few ANN/linear regression models (i.e., 100 models) using various input combinations to predict the same parameter, and estimate the performance error (RMSE) using observed time-series for each developed model:

Then how can we perform a statistical analysis to compare the RMSE results among all input combinations rather than using lower RMSE (meaning better accuracy) to identify which combination is better and, more important?

My study is relating to Islamic Banking Consumer knowledge and i want to develop a model with the help of CFA (by using AMOS). Actual problem is: According to prior studies, Subjective knowledge and Familiarity is developed on 5 points Likert Scale but Objective Knowledge is on Dichotomous Scale (yes, No, I dont know). I am confused like when i will be developing the model it will create problem and may not be loaded on desired variable because all constructs are not on same scale.

Should i convert objective knowledge (Dichotomous Scale) to Likert Scale?? if yes then how? Or i should continue with the Dichotomous Scale?

It was this question that made my brainwork perform GPU task. can someone tell me when to use SVM, logistic regression, random forests, decision trees, naive baiyes. The expected answer was a single line. I went mad over this even though I have developed models on almost all of these.
