For turning material usually affects the style of force that occurs in the turning process, for example cutting force, scissors style, normal force in the scissor plane, tangential force in this case is related to power, so that it can affect the strength of the turning process.

As far as I know, three forces: Axial, radial and tangential.

there are several forces acts on it.
1) cutting force in direction of cutting velocity
2) Thrust force will be exerted on tool perpendicular to cutting force which will try to push tool away which is resultant of radial force & feed force
3) normal force exerted by chip on face of tool
4) friction force between chip & tool face which will be parallel to direction to chip flow
5) shear force parallel to shear plane & normal force perpendicular to shear plane
i recommend you to study merchant circle for more exposure.

Excuse me. In turning operations there are only 3 components: cutting force, axial force and radial force. The "others" forces, like friction and shears they are part of the same.
You can studu the merchant circle for more explanation about this.
A most famous manufacturers of piezoelectric dynamometers is Kistler. Your model for turning is the 9363 type (three component dynamometer)

Dear
below list of forces
1- Fc = cutting force
2- FE = resultant force
3- Ff = feeding force
4- Fw = reverse force
5- FR = Radial force
6- FT = Total force
