Does heavy granulation indicates Mycoplasma contamination in cell lines?

There is heavy granulation in our Vero cell lines. Does it indicate mycoplasma contamination? If not how to rectify it?
I am using MEM+10%FBS and antibiotics (streptomycin and Penicillin) for culturing.
Please give your opinion!

Dear Sam,
it can. But it can also be a sign for many other things.
The most precice would be direct mycoplasma detection via e.g.PCR.
