Can anyone help with the Kruskal-Wallis test for FTiR analysis?

I need find references about Kruskal-Wallis for spectroscopy data analysis.

From previous articles, I have seen that Transmission mode gives downward peaks (if any) during FTIR analysis, while Absorption mode refers upward peaks. 
But for my sample, it is very confusing. The graph shows Transmission mode, and showing upward peaks as well.
What shall I deduce from this? Is it %T or %A? For your convenience, I have attached the spectral analysis file.

Why do I see double interference pattern on a Germanium cell in transmission FTIR?

I'm using a germanium cell to confine a liquid crystal monomer and study it with FTIR in transmission geometry.
I have use previously CaF2 and ZnSe substrates sputtered with gold obtaining a simple interference pattern of the cell gap (although very low transmission).
When making a cell with germanium, i get 2 interference patterns, one agrees with the 10µm silica spacers used for the cell construction, but i get a second pattern for about 150µm (with n = 1).
Substrates alone don't show interference (so is not between 2 faces of germanium and even if it was, the thickness wouldn't match even using Ge refractive index).

Based on FTIR and XPs analysis, how to confirm that the obtained carbon dots (CDs) has (-COOH). In which form these groups can present in our material where C-C, C-N, O-H, C-H, C=O, C-O and C-O-C were obtained from both analysis mentioned above.

I want to set up Cluster Calibration by NIR  (qualitative calibration) for one Chemical that includes so many classes. Two Classes do not appear well separated from each other. In spite of that the Calibration's Protocol was satisfactory.
I tried to do Offline prediction to test the calibration with spectra that I didn't used in my Calibration. All spectra were identified correctly but the "Status" was "Not Ok". I guess, it could be because of these two classes that are not well separated.
According to the Manual the message "NOT OK" appears, when the actual residual is bigger than allowed residual or when the spectrum is not within the cluster limits.

  1. In my FTIR measurements of two samples of ferroelectric PVDF polymer (which are prepared under different heat treatments), in one of the samples I got lesser amount of electroactive (beta) phase while it has got higher degree of crystallinity (measured by DSC melting curves).
  2. When I measure PE hysteresis loops, the sample is showing higher Pr in this sample.
How can explain my result having lesser electroactive (beta) phase with higher degree of crystallinity showing higher Pr?
