Are H4 cells good for imaging microtubules?

Hi everyone- are H4 cell lines satisfactory for imaging microtubules using alpha tubulin primary staining? Let me know if you have used this cell line before or have any other insights to visualizing these cell types.

Microtubule disorganization and retraction but not degeneration takes place during NMJ remodeling (continued). High magnifications and low exposures were used. Anti-Acetylated Tubulin (red) and anti-HRP (green) staining at 2 h, 5 h, 7 h, 10 h and 12 h APF. (A-J) Tubulin staining was present and continuous in motor neurons at all the stages analyzed...

Aim: Our objective is to understand the relation of tubulin and EHD4 to Nav1.5 channel protein remodeling observed in border zone cells (IZs) when arrhythmias are known to occur; that is, 3-h, 48-h and 5-day post coronary occlusion. Materials methods findings: Our voltage clamp and immunostaining data show that INadensity is decreased in the epi...

Tubulin carboxyterminal tails (CTT) are peptides of 10-20 amino acids, unstructured and acidic, that vary in sequence between tubulin isotypes and are exposed on the outer surface of microtubules (MTs). These peptides have, so far, eluded direct visualization. In this report, electron microscopy tomography was applied to isolated MTs stained with U...
